Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team. The PTA provides medically prescribed therapy in patients' homes under a licensed Physical Therapist, aiming to improve mobility, strength, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements include graduation from an APTA/AMA-accredited PTA program and a current PTA license. Home Health experience is preferred but not required, with flexible full-time/part-time schedules and

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the APTA and/or AMA.
• Current PTA license in the state of employment.
• Minimum one (1) year of recent clinical experience preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prescribed therapy programs in patients' homes.
• Apply therapy techniques and document progress.
• Record and report patient progress and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists and care teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control.
