Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home or in facilities under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Attend patient care meetings and adhere to treatment and scheduling.
• Document clinical and billing information timely.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in home exercise programs.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs as needed.
