TalentBurst, Inc. seeks a local contract Physical Therapist in Lancaster, PA to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in patient homes or independent living facilities.

The PT conducts evaluations, develops individualized therapy programs, and educates patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety in daily activities. The role requires PA licensure, a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, and strong clinical skills in manual therapy, functional training, and home health care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) or Bachelor's with 5 years PT experience.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsabilités

• Supervise PTAs, students and support staff as allowed by state licensure.
• Maintain adherence to patient treatment schedule and documentation.
• Attend care conferences and contribute to planning.
• Refer to other disciplines to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with rehab team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Adapt plan of care to patient progress and safety.
