Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults in Lancaster, PA. The 14-week assignment features a 35-hour minimum guarantee and a daily shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with onsite work.

Clinicians will evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy while coordinating with the rehabilitation team. The role requires a valid PT license, a Master’s in Physical Therapy (or PT-related MS with PT bachelor’s), and experience meeting diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a PT-related field with a PT Bachelor’s.
• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults.
• Evaluate and treat patients, and refer to other disciplines as needed.
• Supervise assistants and students per licensure; maintain documentation.
• Develop and implement therapy plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
