Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring a Sprinter to bring healthcare directly to patients in their homes. You will perform phlebotomy, vitals, and basic assessments while documenting visits with Sprinter technology.

This role combines independence with patient connection, requiring reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout the service area. Ideal candidates have strong phlebotomy skills, home healthcare exposure, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills including challenging sticks.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience in home settings preferred (Phlebotomist/MA/LPN/LVN).
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes across the service area.
• Perform blood draws, vitals, and other basic measurements.
• Assist with Wellness Visits and preventive services as scheduled.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens appropriately.
• Manage supplies and time while visiting multiple patients daily.
