Sprinter Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to bring high-quality healthcare directly to patients in their homes across the service area. You will perform blood draws, vitals, and other preventive services, delivering care with professionalism and compassion.

You will travel between patient visits, manage supplies, and document visits using Sprinter technology to ensure accurate records and a warm, professional patient experience.

Competenze

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including challenging sticks.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience in home settings preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle are essential.
• Proficiency navigating apps, EHRs, telehealth platforms, and other digital tools.
• Availability Monday-Friday, early morning starts may be required.

Mansioni

• Travel to patients' homes within assigned service area.
• Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, and urine collection.
• Support Annual Wellness Visits and other preventative and diagnostic services.
• Use Sprinter technology to document each patient visit accurately.
• Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule independently as you move from patient to patient.
