Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking full-time nurses, phlebotomists, or medical assistants to deliver preventative care and diagnostic services in patients’ homes. You will perform a range of services, including phlebotomy, retinal imaging, ECGs, and other in-home assessments, using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure communication.

Successful candidates will have venipuncture experience, be dependable, compassionate, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Technologically proficient with mobile devices and HIPAA-secure messaging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Reliable transportation and use of personal vehicle.
• Ability to navigate patient homes and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Pass national background and DMV checks and license verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative care and diagnostic services in patients' homes.
• Capture diabetic retina images, perform ECGs, and use digital stethoscopes.
• Coordinate care using mobile devices and HIPAA-secure messaging.
• Maintain high quality and patient-centric service.
