Qualifications

• Licensure or proof of training as required by state
• Basic Life Support certification must be current
• National certification where state licensure is not required
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative care and diagnostic services in patients' homes
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens
• Capture diabetic retina images and ECGs when needed
• Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality care
