Job summary

Sprinter Health seeks dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver in-home preventative and diagnostic services. You will perform phlebotomy, retina imaging, ECGs, and related care at patients’ homes, using mobile tech for scheduling and charting.

All visits require empathy, reliability, and exceptional patient service. Candidates must have state licensure or training proof, national certification where needed, BLS, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure and/or proof of training
• National certification for states without licensure
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Proof of licensure level completion/certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Vehicle Insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative care and diagnostic services in patients' homes
• Capture diabetic retina images, ECGs, and other procedures
• Venipuncture experience preferred
• Coordinate specimen drop-off to labs or shipping facilities
• Build warm, patient-centered relationships during visits
• Operate autonomously with high-quality care
• Continuously learn and adopt evidence-based practices
