Job summary

American Health Associates seeks a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve patients in the Indianapolis, Indiana region. This full-time role involves visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and delivering high-quality phlebotomy services in patients\' environments.

You will collect specimens, verify identities, document results, and maintain compassionate, patient-centered care while coordinating with laboratories and facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance required.
• Must be 21 years old with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Indianapolis, Indiana
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners
• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staff
