Job summary

American Health Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve patients across the Indianapolis, Indiana region. You will visit patient homes, nursing facilities, and assisted living communities to collect blood samples and deliver on-site lab services.

The role requires phlebotomy certification (preferred) and experience with venipuncture, especially for elderly patients. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for daily mobility, with flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Indianapolis, Indiana.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.

Are you a skilled phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional patient care? We’re seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout the Indianapolis, IN region — visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.

What your day looks like
