Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Sales Inspector to join its iconic brand. In this role you’ll perform 360 inspections, present pest solutions, and build lasting relationships with homeowners. No experience is required, and you’ll receive award-winning training and a company vehicle with a gas card.

You’ll grow your skills, earn commissions, and have access to a strong benefits package and retirement plan as you protect homes across your route.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues.
• Build trusted relationships and explain practical pest solutions clearly.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes to discuss products.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
