Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions in Columbus, OH seeks a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions. You will identify customer needs, present tailored proposals, and build lasting relationships with residences and businesses.

Expect an hourly base of $18.00 plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000 - $90,000 per year. Benefits include weekly pay, PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history.
• Ability to access tight spaces for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers via warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and present proposals.
• Respond to sales leads and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and instruct treatments per laws and policy.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle in line with Vehicle Policy.
