Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC (EcoShield Pest Solutions) in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions to homes and businesses.

You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored services, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value. The role offers an hourly base pay of $16.00, plus commission, with typical total earnings between $60,000 and $90,000.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional pest control services to customers via warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals.
• Respond to sales leads and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in compliance with laws and policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle in accordance with policy.
