Job summary

GYMGUYZ in Naperville, IL seeks a Female Exercise Specialist to provide in-home fitness training, tailoring programs to clients' goals and abilities.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required or preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is required or strongly recommended.
• 1–2 years of PT or group fitness experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient and motivating.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions in clients' homes or designated locations.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on goals and fitness levels.
• Provide ongoing motivation, accountability, and support throughout the journey.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure continued success.
• Educate clients on proper technique and balanced lifestyle.
• Foster a positive training environment and maintain communication with clients and team.
• Coordinate with clients and GYMGUYZ franchise team as needed.
