Job summary

GYMGUYZ Central Jersey, NJ & Lower Bucks, PA is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to provide personalized in-home fitness training. You will tailor workout plans and inspire clients to reach their goals with supportive coaching.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM/ACE/ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• 1–2 years of PT or group fitness experience preferred.
• Genuine passion for helping clients reach goals.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions in clients' homes or designated locations.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on clients' fitness levels and goals.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout the journey.
• Monitor progress and adjust training plans to ensure continued success.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and balanced lifestyle.
• Foster a positive training environment promoting client engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and the GYMGUYZ team.
