GYMGUYZ is hiring an In-Home Female Exercise Specialist in Belleville, IL to deliver energetic, customized fitness sessions at clients' homes and workplaces. You’ll design programs using our app, conduct reassessments, manage your schedule, and grow with a nationwide network offering bonuses and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
