GYMGUYZ seeks a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver personalized in-home fitness training, inspiring clients to reach their goals with tailored plans and supportive coaching. You will work in clients' homes or convenient locations, fostering motivation and accountability throughout their fitness journey.

The role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, mentorship programs, and clear advancement paths within the company, including higher positions as you grow.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1–2 years of personal training or group fitness experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions at clients' homes or designated locations.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation and accountability throughout the journey.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure continued success.
• Educate clients on proper techniques and balanced lifestyle.
• Foster a positive training environment and client engagement.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and the team.
