Job summary

GYMGUYZ seeks a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver personalized fitness training in clients' homes, empowering them to reach goals with tailored programs and supportive coaching.

You will design custom workouts, track progress, and motivate clients while maintaining professional communication. Training includes comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development through our mentorship and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certifications (NASM, ACE, or ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1–2 years of personal training or group fitness experience preferred.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions with clients in their homes or other designated locations.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on clients’ fitness levels, goals, and preferences.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed to ensure continued success.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
• Foster a positive and encouraging training environment that promotes client engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with clients and the GYMGUYZ team.
