Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. Join a dynamic team that values your expertise, provides flexibility, and supports your professional growth.

As a trainer, you will design customized workout programs, track progress with the Svetness App, and manage sessions with a strong emphasis on safety, motivation, and results.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accreditation (e.g., NCCA, DEAC, NBFE)
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date
• 1–3 years personal training experience
• Ability to commute to client locations (up to 45 minutes)
• Own basic training equipment to assist clients
• Reliable transportation and prompt communication

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoors
• Customize client workout programs based on Initial Assessment
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form (with/without modifications)
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks
• Maintain client session appointments via Svetness scheduling software
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate client appointments
• Travel to client sessions within a 45-minute radius
