Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will tailor programs, track progress through our Svetness App, and help clients reach their goals with expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification: Up-to-date CPR/AED training.
• Education and experience: High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication: Verbal, written and technical communication.
• Nutrition basics: Understanding of nutrition and healthy living.
• Fitness expertise: Familiar with equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability: Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with/without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Commute to/from client sessions up to 45 minutes.
