Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design workouts, monitor progress, and encourage clients to achieve goals using our Svetness App.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, client-focused coaching, and ongoing professional growth with access to educational resources and support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized credential.
• CPR/AED certification required to ensure client safety.
• Strong communication skills for coaching and documenting progress.
• Basic nutrition knowledge to support healthy client habits.
• Familiarity with fitness equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to perform demonstrations and assist clients.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction at clients' homes or other preferred locations.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Schedule management and client communication through Svetness tools.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate clients and travel time (up to 45 minutes).
• Travel to client sessions as needed.
