Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. Join a team that values your expertise, offers flexibility, and supports professional growth.

As part of our Elite In-Home Trainers program, you will design customized programs, use Svetness Fitness App for sessions and notes, and build lasting client relationships while earning competitive hourly rates and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of training equipment and methods.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment; clients may lack equipment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Design customized workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
