As a Certified Personal Trainer, you’ll design one-on-one and couples sessions, use the Svetness Fitness App, and build lasting client relationships—prioritizing safety, equipment independence, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national accreditation (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date.
• Education and experience: high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Personal basic training equipment required to assist clients when equipment is unavailable.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create customized workout programs from the initial assessment.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks and manage sessions via Svetness scheduling.
• Offer flexible schedules to fit client appointments.
• Travel to client locations up to 45 minutes.
