Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. Join a team that values flexibility, client impact, and ongoing professional growth.

Trainers will customize workouts from initial assessments, use the Svetness App for programming and notes, and help clients reach their goals with supportive coaching and minimal marketing effort.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification: Up-to-date CPR/AED training.
• Education and experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years PT experience.
• Strong communication skills: Verbal and written communication.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition: Basic nutrition and healthy living.
• Fitness expertise: Familiarity with various training methods.
• Physical ability: Lift up to 50 lbs.; athletic calisthenics.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' home, apartment gym, or outdoor settings.
• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with or without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes.
