Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design custom workouts, track progress in the Svetness App, and help clients reach their goals with hands-on coaching and clear guidance.

The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow professionally while maintaining a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accreditation by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED certification required for client safety.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of PT experience.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs based on the Initial Assessment.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for all sessions, including programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with or without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
