Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design programs from initial assessments and use the Svetness App for sessions, notes, and progress tracking.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a supportive team, with a client base provided by Svetness and access to education resources and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national accreditation (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date for client safety.
• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills in speaking and writing.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients’ homes or preferred locations.
• Design programs from initial assessment and track progress in Svetness app.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain and respect client session schedules using Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate client appointments and travel up to 45 minutes.
