Job summary

Addus HomeCare is actively seeking Personal Care Aides in Montana. The role involves traveling to clients’ homes to assist with daily living activities, providing compassionate in-home care, and supporting clients to stay independent and healthy at home.

Training is provided at no cost, and benefits are available while you join our team. Shifts are available now with flexible hours to fit your life; background checks are required, and driving may be needed for some clients with a valid license

Qualifications

• Trained PCA or CNA welcome to apply and start right away
• 16-hour training course provided at no cost to you
• Must be able to pass a background check
• If you want to drive for the company, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required

Responsibilities

• Travel from home to home to assist clients with daily living activities such as meal prep, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping and socialization
• Provide compassionate, respectful personal care and support for clients in their own homes
• Follow care plans and document care provided as required
• Deliver reliable, friendly, and safe in-home care to maintain clients’ independence
