Qualifications

• Assists clients with activities of daily living and daily routines.

• Performs light housekeeping and home-maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including ambulation, bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with meal planning, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to support mental well-being.
• Assist with transportation and errands as required by the care plan.
• Monitor safety in the home and report hazards to Branch Manager.
• Follow care plans and agency policies to ensure quality care.
