Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a dependable Personal Care Aide to provide hands-on support for clients in their LaGrange area homes. You will work one-on-one to help with daily living activities while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

• CPR and First Aid certification required before start date.
• HIPAA privacy knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and safe mobility.
• Observe and report changes in client condition or wellness.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding per dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Ensure secure transfers and repositioning for safety.
• Maintain accurate records of care activities and observations.
