Job summary

Paylocity in Hamilton, GA seeks a dependable Personal Care Aide to provide essential, one-on-one in-home support, helping clients with daily living tasks while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity in their own homes.

You will work closely with clients and families as a vital part of the daily care team, performing ADLs, documenting observations, and supporting health, nutrition, and mobility needs with compassion.

Qualifications

• Background in home care, assisted living, or memory care environments preferred.
• HIPAA and patient privacy understanding.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (must be obtained prior to start date).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Observe and report changes in client condition or wellness.
• Prepare meals per dietary requirements and assist feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe living space.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Document care activities and patient observations clearly and timely.
