Qualifications

• Background in home care, assisted living, or memory care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required before start.
• HIPAA and patient privacy knowledge essential.
• Ability to safely assist with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, safe mobility.
• Health Advocacy: observe and report changes in client condition and wellness.
• Nutritional Care: prepare meals per dietary requirements and assist feeding when necessary.
• Home Environment: light housekeeping to maintain a safe living space.
