Job summary

The Batesville Area Chamber is seeking a Home Care Supervisor (Non-Exempt) to oversee In-Home Services in their assigned area. Under the RN Assessor’s direction, you’ll supervise Home Care Assistants who help seniors and disabled clients with tasks per each client’s care plan.

Responsibilities include routing visits, documenting service times and scope, and reporting issues to the local office. You’ll also complete required trainings to meet state-mandated hours and uphold policy standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Care Aide or CNA required.
• Current automobile liability coverage as required by state law.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Background checks (state/federal, maltreatment) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home services per plan and schedule.
• Document service details with date, time, location and scope.
• Report schedule changes or client absence to local office immediately.
• Attend mandated trainings to meet yearly 12 hours of in-service training.
• Adhere to policy and procedures in the In-Home Services Handbook.
