BrightStar Care is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to support our Acton–Andover–Lowell area. Join a team delivering in-home and facility-based services with flexible per diem scheduling.

Per diem PTs collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to promote mobility and quality of life for clients. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for Massachusetts PT licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Possess a current Physical Therapist license or be license-eligible to practice in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or sub-acute rehab is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life.
• Deliver skilled interventions, therapeutic exercises, and education to patients and caregivers.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective care.
• Ensure a safe and positive therapy environment at all times.
