• Monitors and documents clients' living conditions and medication self-administration.
• Assists clients in building self-advocacy skills and supports recovery goals.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic computer and data entry skills

Education

High School diploma or G.E.D.

New York Certified Peer Program (NYCPS) certification
