Job summary

TEIS is seeking a home-based pediatric physical therapist for children aged 0–3. This role offers full- or part-time options with flexible scheduling and an ESOP structure, alongside competitive compensation and full benefits.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and incorporating therapy into families’ daily routines while traveling locally for in-home Early Intervention Services.

Qualifications

• Appropriate discipline license.
• PA Physical Therapy license; renewal by Dec 31 of every even-numbered year.
• Clearances: Child Abuse (Act 33), Criminal History (Act 34), FBI Fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31).
• Current Pennsylvania driver’s license, insurance and access to a personal vehicle.
• Desire to work in pediatrics with children ages 0 to 3.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patients’ individual needs in accordance with TEIS procedures and parents’ requirements.
• Incorporate family-friendly therapy into children’s everyday routines.
• Local travel for in-home Early Intervention Services.
