Job summary

TEIS is seeking a Home-based pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working with children aged 0 to 3. The role offers full- or part-time options with a flexible schedule and an Employee-Owned (ESOP) structure, supporting independence and growth.

Responsibilities include developing and documenting individualized treatment plans, integrating family routines into therapy, and traveling to clients’ homes for in-home services within assigned territories near the clinician’s residence.

Qualifications

• CCC required by ASHA for SLPs.
• PA licensure required to practice in PA.
• Clearances required (Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI, Mandated Reporter).
• Valid PA driver’s license; own vehicle preferred.
• Interest in pediatrics and ages 0–3.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans per TEIS procedures.
• Incorporate family-centered therapy into daily routines.
• Provide in-home Early Intervention services with local travel.
