Job summary

TEIS seeks a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based services for children ages 0 to 3. You will develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and coach families to integrate therapy into daily routines.

Territories are assigned near your residence, enabling flexible scheduling. TEIS offers ESOP, full benefits, and a competitive compensation package with 50k–80k salary depending on part/full-time status and location.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in the relevant state.
• Current driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans for ages 0–3.
• Incorporate family-friendly therapy into daily routines.
• Occasional local travel for in-home Early Intervention Services.
