Job summary

TEIS Early Intervention Provider is seeking a home-based pediatric physical therapist for children aged 0 to 3. Positions available full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling and an ESOP-owned company structure.

Travel to clients' homes is required, and territories are assigned near the therapist's residence to support work-life balance. Ideal candidates have PA PT licensure, required clearances, a valid PA driver’s license, and a passion for pediatrics.

Qualifications

• License to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania.
• Clearances: Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI Fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter Training.
• Valid PA driver's license and own vehicle.
• Desire to work with infants/toddlers (0–3).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Incorporate family-friendly therapy into daily routines.
• Provide local in-home Early Intervention services with travel.
