Job summary

TEIS is hiring a home-based pediatric physical therapist for children aged 0 to 3. Full- or part-time positions with flexible scheduling and an ESOP employee-owned structure are offered.

Responsibilities include developing and documenting treatment plans, incorporating family routines into therapy, and providing in-home services with local travel. Pennsylvania licensure and clearances are required.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy license, renewal by Dec 31 of every even-numbered year.
• Clearances: Child Abuse (Act 33), Criminal History (Act 34), FBI Fingerprinting.
• Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31) Completed.
• Current PA driver's license, insurance, and own vehicle.
• Interest in pediatrics for ages 0–3.

Responsibilities

• Development, implementation and documentation of treatment plans based on patients' needs.
• Incorporation of family-friendly therapy into children's daily routines.
• Local travel for in-home Early Intervention Services.
