Job summary

Maxima Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home, pediatric therapy for birth to 3-year-olds, delivering 1:1 sessions and developing treatment plans.

The position offers a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay up to $100 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package including medical insurance and PTO; candidates should have relevant licenses and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Pediatric therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork
• CPR certification and immunization records may be required

Responsibilities

• 1:1 treatment in clients' homes or community settings
• Provide parent education, training, and support
• Develop treatment plans and session notes; submit progress reports timely
• Supervisory opportunities to mentor SLPs
• Possibility to conduct assessments to determine service needs
• Maintain CEU and licensure requirements
