Job summary

Maxima Therapy Inc. is expanding its pediatric therapy team and seeks a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide 1:1 services in clients' homes or daycare settings.

The role offers a flexible schedule, with part-time or full-time opportunities, pay up to $65 per hour for direct therapy, mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package including medical insurance and PTO. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, be reliable, and may speak additional languages.

Qualifications

• Pediatric SLPA experience preferred.
• CPR certification and driving license may be required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to children in homes or daycare settings.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team of therapists.
• Take and submit progress notes as required.
• Maintain licensure requirements and CEU opportunities.
