Job summary

Maxima Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a transdisciplinary team providing services to children birth to 3 in homes and daycare centers. Flexible schedule and payment includes up to $75/hr, plus drive time and mileage reimbursement.

The role involves pediatric home-based therapy, collaboration with clinicians, and opportunities to mentor SLPAs while maintaining licensure and CEU requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous Pediatric treatment experience preferred
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid drivers license (for in-person)
• Proof of immunization records, CPR certification (for in-person), and current, negative TB test (for in-person)
• Strong work ethic, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; team-oriented
• Multilingual speaking/reading/writing skills are a plus

Maxima Therapy is looking for a creative, and committed Speech Language Pathologist to join our transdisciplinary therapy team comprised of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and child development specialists.

The position entails a flexible work schedule, providing individual services to children ages birth to 3 years of age with varying delays in clients homes. We offer competitive rates of up to $75 per hour*, drive time, mileage and toys reimbursement.

Physical Requirements (for in-person services):

• Therapy activities may require playing on the floor or settings where the furniture is child-sized
• Careful attention to the safety of the client and surroundings is required
• Sudden and quick movements may be required
• Walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting,
• reaching above the head, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Sustained physical activity may be required for up to 60 minutes

*Pay Rate: The professional rate for this position is up to $75/hr for time spent in sessions providing therapy services directly to the consumer; drive time and mileage reimbursement will be compensated at the applicable minimum wage and mileage reimbursement rate. The actual wage rate offered will vary based on several key factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's skill set, proficiency in relevant languages, years of professional experience, and the geographical location of the candidate.
