Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Clinical Fellows to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs in the Bear Creek/Copperfield area, TX and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active SLP or SLPA license or eligibility for Clinical Fellow program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or actively pursuing (for SLP/Clinical Fellow).
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (SLP/Clinical Fellow).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (SLP).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (SLPA/Clinical Fellow).
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognition, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners.
• Develop home programs to ensure continued progress.
• Document all care and services in EMR.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
