Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Clinical Fellows to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. You will deliver one-on-one care in pediatric home settings, building skills that empower families.

Qualifications

• Active SLP or SLPA license, or eligibility for Clinical Fellow
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or pursuing (for SLP/CF)
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans under supervision
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop home programs to ensure progress
• Document all care and services in EMR
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
