Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Clinical Fellows to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs in Tomball/Klein, TX and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license or eligibility for Clinical Fellow.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing (for SLP/CF)
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners.
• Develop home programs to ensure continued progress.
• Document all care and services in EMR.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
