Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Colorado is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs, including evaluations and progress monitoring. You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and collaborate with physicians within a supportive, clinician-led culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado) required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or active pursuit.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
