Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs across Colorado. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in caseload management, and the opportunity to make a difference one visit at a time.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado).
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
