Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy across Colorado, helping children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Roles include evaluations, treatment plan development, and collaboration with care teams.

The organization supports clinicians, offers flexible scheduling, and values HALOS—Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, Speed—while providing ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or pursuing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
