Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Denver, CO is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Join a clinician-owned, mission-driven team.

You will perform evaluations, create and implement individualized treatment plans, educate families for carryover, collaborate with physicians, and document care in an EMR. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or in progress.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
